วิธีที่ 1 — ลบเองในแอป (แนะนำ · มีผลทันที)
- เปิดแอป Muketplace
- แตะแท็บ โปรไฟล์ (แท็บขวาสุดของแถบล่าง)
- เลื่อนลงไปที่หัวข้อ ความปลอดภัยและข้อมูลของฉัน แล้วแตะ ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล
- แตะ ลบบัญชีถาวร
- ยืนยันในกล่องที่ขึ้นมา — ข้อมูลจะถูกลบทันที และถ้าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบอยู่ ระบบจะลบบัญชีที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์และออกจากระบบทุกอุปกรณ์
วิธีที่ 2 — ขอให้ลบทางอีเมล
ถ้าคุณถอนการติดตั้งแอปไปแล้ว หรือเข้าแอปไม่ได้ ส่งอีเมลมาที่ mutoday@mutoday.com โดยระบุ:
- หัวข้ออีเมล: ขอลบบัญชี Muketplace
- อีเมลของบัญชี Google หรือ Apple ที่คุณใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ
- ถ้าต้องการให้ลบสถิติการใช้งานที่ส่งไป Firebase ด้วย ให้แจ้ง ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ มาด้วย
เราจะยืนยันตัวตนของคุณก่อน แล้วดำเนินการและตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน ตามที่ PDPA กำหนด

Delete account and data — Muketplace

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app (recommended, immediate)
- Open the Muketplace app.
- Tap the Profile tab (the last tab in the bottom bar).
- Scroll to Safety & my data and tap Delete account and data.
- Tap Delete permanently.
- Confirm in the dialog — the data is deleted immediately, and if you are signed in your server-side account is deleted and you are signed out on every device.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot open it, email mutoday@mutoday.com and include:
- Subject: Muketplace account deletion request
- The email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with.
- If you also want the usage statistics sent to Firebase deleted, include your device identifier.
We will verify your identity first, then act and reply within 30 days, as required by the Thai PDPA.
What is deleted, and what is not

方式一 —— 在应用内自行删除（推荐，立即生效）
- 打开 Muketplace 应用。
- 点按底部最右侧的“我的”标签页。
- 向下滚动至“安全与我的数据”，点按“删除账号与资料”。
- 点按“永久删除”。
- 在弹出的对话框中确认 —— 数据将立即删除；若您已登录，服务器端账号也会被删除，并在所有设备退出登录。
方式二 —— 通过邮件申请删除
若您已卸载应用或无法打开应用，请发送邮件至 mutoday@mutoday.com，并注明：
- 邮件主题：申请删除 Muketplace 账号
- 您登录时所用的 Google 或 Apple 账号邮箱。
- 若同时希望删除已发送至 Firebase 的使用统计，请一并提供设备标识。
我们会先核实您的身份，随后依泰国 PDPA 的要求在 30 天内处理并回复。
