วิธีที่ 1 — ขอให้ลบในแอป
- เปิด Muketplace แล้วไปแท็บ โปรไฟล์
- เลือก ความปลอดภัยและข้อมูลของฉัน → ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล
- อ่านรายละเอียด เลือก ลบบัญชีถาวร และยืนยัน
- รอผลสำเร็จจากแอป หากขั้นตอนบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์หรือในเครื่องล้มเหลว ให้ลองใหม่หรือติดต่อทีมงาน
การถอนการติดตั้งแอปไม่ใช่การลบบัญชีบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และการลงชื่อเข้าใช้ใหม่ภายหลังอาจเป็นการสร้างบัญชีใหม่
วิธีที่ 2 — ขอให้ลบทางอีเมล
ส่งคำขอถึง mutoday@mutoday.com หัวข้อ ขอลบบัญชี Muketplace ระบุอีเมลที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบและข้อมูลที่ต้องการให้ตรวจสอบ หากใช้ Apple Hide My Email ให้ระบุอีเมล relay ที่ผูกกับบัญชีด้วยถ้าทราบ ไม่ต้องส่งรหัสผ่าน โทเคน หรือเอกสารประจำตัวในการติดต่อครั้งแรก
เราจะตรวจสอบความเป็นเจ้าของบัญชีและตอบคำขอตามกรอบเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด หากต้องเก็บข้อมูลบางส่วนไว้จะแจ้งเหตุผลและขอบเขต ข้อมูลผู้เยี่ยมชมที่ไม่เชื่อมกับบัญชีอาจต้องตรวจสอบข้อมูลประกอบเพิ่มเติมเท่าที่จำเป็น
ขอบเขตการลบและการเก็บรักษา
คำขอครอบคลุมโปรไฟล์บัญชี รายการโปรดที่ผูกกับบัญชี และการเข้าถึงบัญชี รวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวในเครื่องที่แอปถืออยู่ การล้างในเครื่องและการลบบัญชีบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์เป็นคนละขั้นตอน จึงต้องดูผลสำเร็จหรือข้อผิดพลาดในแอป
บันทึกด้านความปลอดภัย รายงานเนื้อหา หรือข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ อาจไม่ถูกลบพร้อมกัน รุ่นปรับปรุงปิดการส่ง Firebase Analytics และรายงานข้อขัดข้องอัตโนมัติแล้ว ส่วนข้อมูลที่ส่งจากรุ่นก่อนหน้าอาจต้องดำเนินการกับบริการนั้นแยกต่างหาก ติดต่อทีมงานเพื่อขอรายละเอียดได้

Option 1 — request deletion in the app
- Open Muketplace and go to Profile.
- Choose Safety & my data → Delete account and data.
- Read the details, choose Delete permanently and confirm.
- Wait for the app’s result. If a server or device step fails, retry or contact support.
Uninstalling alone does not delete the server account. Signing in again later may create a new account.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
Email mutoday@mutoday.com with subject Muketplace account deletion. Give the sign-in email and identify the data you want reviewed. If you used Apple Hide My Email, include the account’s relay email if known. Do not send passwords, tokens or identity documents with the initial request.
We verify account ownership and respond within the applicable legal timeframe. If some data must be retained, we explain its scope and reason. Guest data that is not linked to an account may require additional, proportionate information to locate.
Deletion scope and retention
The request covers the account profile, account-linked favourites and account access, plus personal app data held on the device. Device clearing and server-side deletion are separate steps; check the app’s success or error result.
Security records, content reports or data that must legally be kept may not be erased at the same time. The updated build disables Firebase Analytics and automatic crash uploads. Data sent by older builds may need a separate action with that service; ask our team for details.

方式一 — 在应用内请求删除
- 打开 Muketplace，进入个人资料。
- 选择安全与我的数据 → 删除账号与数据。
- 阅读说明，选择永久删除并确认。
- 等待应用显示结果。服务器或本机步骤失败时，请重试或联系团队。
仅卸载应用不会删除服务器账号。之后再次登录可能创建新账号。
方式二 — 通过邮件请求删除
发送邮件至 mutoday@mutoday.com，主题为 Muketplace 账号删除。请提供登录邮箱及希望核查的数据。如果使用 Apple 隐藏邮箱功能，并且知道账号关联的 relay 邮箱，请一并提供。首次联系时请勿发送密码、令牌或身份证明文件。
我们会核实账号归属，并在适用法律规定的期限内回复。必须保留部分信息时，我们会说明范围和原因。对于未关联账号的访客数据，可能需要必要且适度的补充信息才能查找。
删除范围及保留
请求范围包括账号资料、账号关联的收藏和账号访问权限，以及应用在本机保存的个人数据。清除本机数据与服务器删除属于不同步骤，请查看应用显示的成功或错误结果。
安全记录、内容举报或依法必须保留的信息可能不会同时删除。更新后的构建关闭 Firebase Analytics 和自动崩溃报告上传。旧版本发送的数据可能需要向相关服务另行处理，详情请联系团队。
