Muketplace เป็นแอปพลิเคชันตลาดกลางของมงคลสายมู ดำเนินการโดย บริษัท มูทูเดย์ จำกัด · นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร แชร์ให้ใคร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

4. เราแชร์ข้อมูลให้ใคร
เวอร์ชันปัจจุบัน แชร์ให้รายเดียวคือ Google (Firebase Analytics และ Crashlytics) — ข้อมูลการใช้งาน ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ ข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพ และรายงานข้อขัดข้อง ตามข้อ 2.1 · ชื่อที่แสดงและอีเมลของผู้ที่เข้าสู่ระบบเก็บไว้ที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเอง ไม่ได้ส่งต่อให้บุคคลที่สาม
เมื่อเปิดระบบสั่งซื้อแล้ว จะเพิ่มอีกสามกลุ่ม — ร้านค้าที่คุณสั่งซื้อ (เฉพาะข้อมูลของคำสั่งซื้อนั้น) · ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง (ชื่อ เบอร์โทร ที่อยู่) · ผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน (ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการทำรายการ)
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่แชร์ให้บุคคลที่สามเพื่อการโฆษณา
5. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย
- ข้อมูลถูกส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) เสมอ
- ข้อมูลที่อยู่ในเครื่องตามข้อ 2.1 อยู่ในพื้นที่จัดเก็บเฉพาะของแอป ซึ่งระบบปฏิบัติการแยกจากแอปอื่น · โทเคนการเข้าสู่ระบบเก็บในที่เก็บกุญแจของระบบปฏิบัติการ (Keychain / Keystore)
- ข้อมูลบัญชี (ชื่อที่แสดง อีเมล รายการโปรด) เก็บไว้ตราบที่บัญชียังอยู่ — ลบบัญชีเมื่อไหร่ ข้อมูลชุดนี้ถูกลบตามไปด้วย
- ข้อมูลสถิติและรายงานข้อขัดข้องเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่ Google Firebase กำหนดไว้สำหรับบริการนั้น
- เมื่อเปิดระบบสั่งซื้อแล้ว เราจะเก็บข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ การระงับข้อพิพาท และตามที่กฎหมายบัญชี/ภาษีกำหนด
6. สิทธิของคุณตาม PDPA
คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอ เข้าถึง · ขอสำเนา · แก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง · ลบ · ระงับการใช้ · คัดค้านการประมวลผล · ถอนความยินยอม (การถอนความยินยอมไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่ทำไปแล้วโดยชอบ) และมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

7. การลบบัญชีและลบข้อมูล
ลบได้เองในแอปทันที: แท็บโปรไฟล์ › ความปลอดภัยและข้อมูลของฉัน › ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล — มีผลทันที ไม่ต้องรอและไม่ต้องติดต่อทีมงาน · รายละเอียดทั้งหมดอยู่ที่หน้า ลบบัญชีและข้อมูล
ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ: ทุกอย่างที่แอปเก็บไว้ในเครื่องตามข้อ 2.1 — ภาษาที่เลือก รายการที่กดถูกใจ คำค้นหาล่าสุด

8. เด็กและเยาวชน
แอปนี้มีไว้สำหรับผู้ใช้อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป เราไม่เจตนาเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี หากพบว่าเก็บมาโดยไม่ตั้งใจ เราจะลบทันทีเมื่อได้รับแจ้ง
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการแก้ไขสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปและปรับวันที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้ โดยเฉพาะวันที่เปิดใช้ข้อ 2.2 ซึ่งจะทำให้ประเภทข้อมูลที่เก็บเปลี่ยนไปอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

Privacy policy — Muketplace
Muketplace is a marketplace app for Thai auspicious goods, operated by บริษัท มูทูเดย์ จำกัด (MUToday). This policy explains what we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Signing in is optional — you can use the app fully as a guest. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we store your display name and email address on our server so we can show your profile and keep your favourites across devices (see 2.1). We do not collect your phone number or address.
Section 2.2 describes data we would collect once ordering opens in the future. It is written in advance for transparency — it does not apply to this version, and we will announce it and change the date above before any of it is collected.

2. What we collect and why
2.1 The current version (search and browse)
This version collects data generated automatically while you use the app, plus a display name and email address for users who choose to sign in. There is no form asking for any other personal detail.

Stored on your device only — never sent off the device: your chosen language · recent searches · items you reported or blocked (including the text you typed in the report form) · your acceptance of the terms on first launch. This data lives in the app's own storage and disappears entirely when you erase data in the app or uninstall it.
Stored on the device and also saved to your account when you sign in: your favourites · the display name you set on your profile — so that they follow you when you change device. If you use the app as a guest, both stay on the device only.
What we do not collect in this version: your legal name · phone number · address · location ·
camera images · contacts · microphone · the list of other apps on your device · national ID number · card details.
Email addresses are stored only for users who sign in, and come from the Google/Apple account you chose (see the table above).
2.2 Once ordering and services open (does not apply to this version)
When we open ordering, payment, delivery or shop chat, the data below is added. We will announce it and change the date at the top of this page before any of it is collected.

Payments will be handled by an external payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
3. Device permissions
The only permission the app declares for itself is internet access, used to load the product catalogue. The app does not request the camera, location, microphone, contacts, photo library, or access to your files.
4. Who we share data with
In the current version there is exactly one recipient: Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) — usage data, device identifier, performance data and crash reports as described in 2.1. The display name and email of signed-in users are stored on our own server and not passed to any third party.
Once ordering opens, three more groups are added — the shop you order from (only the data for that order) · the delivery provider (name, phone, address) · the payment provider (data needed to process the transaction).
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
5. Retention and security
- Data is always transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Data held on the device (2.1) lives in the app's own sandboxed storage, which the operating system keeps separate from other apps. Sign-in tokens are held in the operating system's secure store (Keychain / Keystore).
- Account data (display name, email, favourites) is kept for as long as the account exists — deleting the account deletes it too.
- Analytics and crash reports are retained for the period Google Firebase applies to that service.
- Once ordering opens, we will keep order data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and tax law.
6. Your rights under PDPA
You have the right to access your data, request a copy, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict its use, object to processing, and withdraw consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully). You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
To exercise any of these, email mutoday@mutoday.com. We will verify your identity first and reply within 30 days.
7. Deleting your account and data
You can do it yourself in the app: Profile tab › Safety & my data › Delete account and data — it takes effect immediately, with no waiting and no need to contact support. Full details are on the account deletion page.
What is deleted: everything the app stores on the device as described in 2.1 — language, favourites, recent searches,
reports and blocks, your profile display name and all settings. If you are signed in, your server-side account is deleted too
(display name, email and the favourites tied to the account), and you are signed out on every device.
What is not deleted with it: usage statistics and crash reports already sent to Firebase, which are not tied to your identity —
you can request their deletion by emailing the address above with your device identifier.
8. Children
The app is intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and will delete such data promptly if we are told about it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will notify you in the app and update the date at the top of this page — in particular the date on which section 2.2 takes effect, since that significantly changes the categories of data we collect.

Muketplace 是泰式开运物品的交易平台应用，由 บริษัท มูทูเดย์ จำกัด（MUToday）运营。 本政策说明我们收集哪些数据、用于什么目的、与谁共享，以及您依泰国《个人数据保护法》（PDPA，B.E. 2562）享有的权利。

邮箱仅针对登录用户保存，且来自您所选择的 Google／Apple 账号（见上表）。
2.2 开放下单与服务之后（对本版本尚不适用）
当我们开放下单、付款、配送或与店铺聊天时，将增加下列数据。在实际开始收集之前，我们会另行通知并更新本页顶部的日期。

付款将通过外部支付服务商处理 —— 我们不会看到也不会保存您的银行卡号。
3. 应用申请的设备权限
应用自身声明的权限只有访问互联网，用于加载商品目录。 应用不会申请相机、位置、麦克风、通讯录、相册或读取您文件的权限。
4. 数据的共享对象
当前版本只有一个接收方：Google（Firebase Analytics 与 Crashlytics） —— 即 2.1 所述的使用数据、设备标识、性能数据与崩溃报告。 登录用户的显示名称与邮箱保存在我们自己的服务器，不会转交任何第三方。
开放下单之后将增加三类接收方 —— 您下单的店铺（仅限该笔订单的数据） · 物流服务商（姓名、电话、地址） · 支付服务商（处理交易所必需的数据）。
我们不会出售您的个人数据，也不会为广告目的与第三方共享。
5. 保存期限与安全
- 数据始终通过加密连接（HTTPS）传输。
- 2.1 中保存在设备上的数据位于应用专属的存储空间，由操作系统与其他应用隔离；登录令牌保存在操作系统的安全存储中（Keychain／Keystore）。
- 账号数据（显示名称、邮箱、收藏）在账号存续期间保存；删除账号即一并删除。
- 使用统计与崩溃报告按 Google Firebase 对该服务设定的期限保存。
- 开放下单之后，订单数据将在提供服务、处理纠纷及会计／税务法律要求的必要范围内保存。
6. 您在 PDPA 下的权利
您有权访问数据、索取副本、要求更正、要求删除、限制使用、反对处理，以及 撤回同意（撤回不影响此前已合法进行的处理）；您亦有权向泰国个人数据保护委员会办公室投诉。
行使上述权利请发送邮件至 mutoday@mutoday.com； 我们会先核实您的身份，并在 30 天内回复。
7. 删除账号与数据
您可在应用内自行删除：“我的”标签页 › 安全与我的数据 › 删除账号与资料 —— 立即生效，无需等待，也无需联系客服。完整说明见删除账号页面。
会被删除的：2.1 中应用保存在本机的全部数据 —— 所选语言、收藏、最近搜索、举报与屏蔽记录、
个人资料上的显示名称及全部设置。若您已登录，服务器端账号也会一并删除
（显示名称、邮箱以及与账号绑定的收藏），并在所有设备退出登录。
不会随之删除的：已发送至 Firebase 的使用统计与崩溃报告，这些数据不与您的身份绑定 ——
如需删除，请以上述邮箱联系我们并提供设备标识。
8. 未成年人
本应用面向 18 周岁及以上的用户。我们不会有意收集未满 18 周岁者的数据；若发现无意中收集，将在收到告知后立即删除。
9. 政策变更
如有重大修改，我们会在应用内通知并更新本页顶部的日期，尤其是第 2.2 节生效的日期，因为那将显著改变我们收集的数据类别。
